Mention gcc 4.1 in News/Announcements

Or misconstrued as "Current releases are from the 4.1 series". I tripped over 
that, only realising my mistake when the expected tarball was no where to be 
seen on the ftp server...

So I can only agree that the wording is a little ambiguous.
