Finishing the manual inspection, cross-checking of PRs -- reports from
bugzilla do not seem to be enough and mechanical extraction
of PR numbers from ChangeLogs are not enough either (they may miss
reverted patches) -- to produce the final list of changes.  All that
is being worked on.
