Status of --enable-mapped-location

I haven't had time to work on gcc for a while, but I'm hoping Ben
Ellison (with my advice) will be able to take a look.

The biggest group of remaining trouble spots *used* to be when testing
pch, since we don't properly save/resore the line number table.

I haven't even done a --enable-mapped-location build in quite a while,
so I haven't no idea what regressions there might be.  I'll at least do
a bootstap+check run to get a feel for the status.
