Used bootstrap from the native cc compiler to gcc3.3.4, then used
gcc3.3.4 to build gcc4.0.0

Important!!! :

"sysconfig -q proc", verify that "exec_disable_arg_limit = 0"
otherwise put it  to 0 : "sysconfig -r proc exec_disable_arg_limit=0"
