successful build of GCC 4.0.0 on Mac OS 10.3.9 (bootstrap, Fortran95)

Note:
- I builded GMP 4.1.4 with MPFR 4.1 myself.
- I switched to GNU make and actualized some other tools as avalable 
(http://gcc.gnu.org/install/prerequisites.html).
- Building fails if standard tools from Mac OS 10.3.9 are used! The 
prerequisits changed!
- Other languages will come later.
