Note it also effects all targets too by shown by my testcase.
Also I think it was caused by:
2004-06-21  Mark Mitchell  <mark@codesourcery.com>

	* cp-tree.def (NEW_EXPR): Add a fourth slot.
	* cp-tree.h (PARMLIST_ELLIPSIS_P): Remove.
	(TREE_PARMLIST): Likewise.
	....

It also shows that the C and C++ ABIs for the struct I had in the 
testcase
no longer matches so it is even worse than just gcj.
