Let's please not start non constructive discussion: it's a chicken and
egg problem.

The only reason I am doing "mega dumps" is because it's almost impossible
to build Ada daily.

I was doing updates much more frequently being tree-ssa, but instead of
being able to improve things, I could only get into a very
degraded mode (although I can assure you that the changes are very well
tested even before being considered for inclusion in the FSF tree,
and all tested separately, so these changes are typically very safe).
