GCC 3.4.2 RC2 Available

GCC 3.4.2 RC2 (from gcc-3.4.2-20040902.tar.bz2) does not bootstrap for
me on i686-pc-mingw32, which is a regression from 3.4.1.  Sorry for not
noticing this earlier.
