Two problems involving the table on this web page

1. ACSII sometimes appears as a misspelling of ASCII.

2. For the status column, the cells have text and colors. The text and 
colors have almost a consistent mapping: green-> implemented, red-> 
unimplemented, yellow-> ASCII only (I presume, in the general case, 
yellow implies partial implementation). An exception is the cell for 
DATE_AND_TIME which is red, but says implemented. I assume that one of 
these is incorrect and the cell should either be green, or the text 
should be unimplemented.
