First GCC-GNU logotype style proposal.

    It seems like it is time for first beta version.
    I would like U to choose from the following two style definitions:
        a) What is GCC? ( that is for external users, not using GCC at the 
present time (oriented on IT specialists) )
        b) GCC - da best! ( that is for people, who know what is GCC and 
thereby use it =) )
    As usually, suggestions are wellcome. Post a different style-proposal 
and I think all of us would like to discuss it.
