Global Scheduling Algorithm.

Hello Everyone,
   I am trying to interface a global scheduling
algorithm to the current gcc. I was under the
impression that if I set the TARGET_SCHED_INIT_GLOBAL
tag to point to my algorithm it will help me schedule
it correctly. Am I correct? Is there any other
modifications that need to be done? 

Any help is appreciated.
