C99 complex support broken?

Hello,

the "Status of C99 features in GCC 3.1 and 3.2" page on the 
gcc homepage says that the "complex (and imaginary) support 
in <complex.h>" has a status of "broken".

Digging in the mailing list archives and the web there was 
no information about this.

Does anyone know a source of information what exactly works 
and what not with the complex numbers in gcc 3.2 (or newer) 
or has personal knowledge about that?
