Visualizing RTL dumps using graphviz

just fyi: I wrote a little perl script which can be used to visualize the
RTL dumps created with gcc -d? using graphviz:

Most of the VAX instructions are in microcode, but HALT and NO-OP are in
hardware for efficiency.
