spurious ICE in cp_tree_equal, at /cp/tree.c:1586

To support gcc development process I build gcc every week from the actual
snapshot and compile our application.

This week, with gcc-4.0-20041010, I get spurious errors which are
reproducible but disappear when I use "-save-temps" or don't use "-g".

These errors occur in various source files in the form:
internal compiler error: in cp_tree_equal, at /cp/tree.c:1586

Has anybody else seen this kind of errors?
Should I open a bug report for this?
