Speculative prefetching: report

	I would recommend opening two Bugzilla bug reports:

1) -fspeculative-prefetching consumes too much BE resources.
2) -fspeculative-prefetching should not be included in
-fprofile-generate/use because of the resource issue problems.

Then I would submit a patch for the second PR to remove
-fspeculative-prefetching from -fprofile-generate/use.

	This gives us concrete issues that we can track and the second
item is a regression from GCC 3.4 that we can ensure gets fixed before GCC
4.0 is released.
