We have a copyright assignment / employer disclaimer in place for the 
ARC port. I could send you the reference numbers by private email if you 
desire. The last time when asked about the maintainership, it was 
mentioned that we needed to start submitting patches for review before 
any of us could be appointed as an ARC maintainer.
