There have been changes to fr30 in the last 6 months by the maintainer:

         * config/fr30/fr30.c (fr30_setup_incoming_varargs): Change
         arguments to match TARGET_SETUP_INCOMING_VARARGS prototype.


So I think this should not be removed just yet.
