Obsoleting ports

Hi,

Now that we are in stage 3, I am wondering if it's a good time to
start thinking about obsoleting ports.

arc comes up often every time we discuss obsoleting ports, but it
never went away.

fr30 may be left unmaintained.

i860 was resurrected, but is it maintained?

mcore had so many testsuite errors when I looked at it earlier this
year.

ns32k?

pdp11?

vax?

OK, I am only listing CPU ports.  Somebody might want to look at
config.gcc and figure out which OS ports should go.
