MacOS X gcc-4 successes

Just to report I pulled code from the cvs on Tuesday with a tag 
apple-gcc-4020 which reports as being merged with mainline as at 26 
Oct.

I modified build_gcc script to build fortran, libffi and libobjc-gnu.

It all built without problem on my PowerBook with MacOS X 10.3.6 and 
Xcode 1.5.   The resulting compiler successfully built working Swarm 
libraries using both libffi and the builtins.  Great work by all 
concerned.  I did not try the Fortran.

One small issue is that it is not compatible with gcc_select, but I 
guess Apple will fix that soon.
