Fixincludes

Hello.

Lately (last 3 or 4 days) fixincludes have failed for me with the error
message

Newly fixed header: AvailabilityMacros.h
Newly fixed header: com_err.h

There where fixinclude test FAILURES

and that is quite annoying as I haven't got any files named like that
installed on my computer and I think that should make certain that there is
no need to fixinclude them. (Ok, there are two of each under
gcc/fixincludes/test but I suppose those doesn't count)
