[Mathieu Lacage]

hi all,

For personal reasons, I have decided not to write the gcc newsletter
anymore. If you want to continue that effort, you are, of course, free
to do it with my blessing. I hope that the probably rare readers will
not be too angry with me.

Doing this these past few months proved to be very interesting and
enlightening. I hope that this effort has been useful to at least a few
readers.
