Fortran configury switch: f95 versus fortran

Currently, when you want to configure our Fortran frontend, you need
to specify --enable-languages=f95.

Wouldn't it be better to make that --enable-languages=fortran?

After all, we configure "c" and not "c89", "c99", or whater, and similar
for C++, Ada, etc.

"fortran", as opposed to "f95", also seems preferrable in the light of
Fortran 2000.
