Missing patch after tree-ssa merge?

Indeed.  The cfg and cgraph bits were a constant source of headaches in
the tree-ssa branch because we had slightly different implementations in
mainline and the branch.

>From what I can gather, Zdenek's change to mainline never made it into
the branch (Zdenek last edited the branch version on 2003-01-14).  CVS
thought the branch version was new code and so stepped on what mainline
had without creating conflicts.  Sigh.

Zdenek, is the patch still needed?
