gcc mainline [RFH] reload of 8-character vector into memory causes bad pattern

	This probably is another example that PPC needs the
vec_set/extract/init patterns proposed and partially committed by Honza in
January.

	It would be really nice if someone reviewed and approved Honza's
second patch from January 2004 to allow vec_init to be implemented.
