Yes, I was starting to notice that.  They should not be targeted at 
3.5.0; that field is supposed to be use to indicate stuff that needs to 
happen before a release.  (Perhaps we could have another field for stuff 
that we hope will happen before a release.  Or maybe that is just too 
much complication.)
