why m68k-linux target is not building?

Odd.  I didn't have to make any changes to gcc to build this.
Can you try building it with my script,
 http://kegel.com/crosstool/crosstool-0.28-rc16.tar.gz
?  (It's only in the last couple days I managed to get
it building, but the problems were in binutils.)
