  This is "my" host: AmigaOS/68k not officially supported by FSF GCC. At
  that system programs are always loaded to a random (== free) address by
  the loader. Thats by design to not require a MMU and is possible because
  programs have relocation tables to let the loader adapt the places that
  use "absolute" addresses.
  Thus I believe the current PCH doesn't work at that host, eg. ("text
  segment moved"). What I would like todo is, disable PCH altogether to
  prevent other users trying to use it which would happen regardless of
  what documentation states.
