gcc/g++ 3.4.0 cygwin, binutils, SSE & alignment

I wasn't too sure who to annoy (while it's not a gcc bug stricto censu, 
gcc 3.4.0 doesn't work out of the box at least for k8 & p4 on cygwin).

Anyway, i've privately received a patch for binutils from Danny Smith 
that makes the whole .rdata section 16 bytes aligned. It does the trick.
