I've just set up a new mirror for GCC.
The URL is http://gcc.fyxm.net/
It's Located in Bratislava, Slovakia, the server is connected to the Slovak peering center with 1Gbit line and the internet connection to the outside world is 2*150 Mbit through DTAG lines. I've set up a cron job to update it once every day.
