lno new optimization options

Which ones should work and which only for bug collecting like -fnew-ra?

I cannot bootstrap current lno if -ftree-elim-checks or -ftree-ddg
or -fgcse-after-reload is in BOOT_CFLAGS -- gcc or genattrab segfaults, or
gengtype prints meaningless error.

Neither I cannot bootstrap it with BOOT_CFLAGS set to '-O2 -fomit-frame-pointer
-fweb -ftree-loop-optimize -ftree-vectorize -fscalar-evolutions -fall-data-deps'
because of bootstrap comparison failure.
