HP-UX Core Dump in stack unwinding

I'm having problem with dealing exception handling and
multithreading on HPUX. The application always cause
core dump during stack unwinding for exception
handling while a thread switching is performed at the
same time. Tracking stack in GDB and found out an
illegal operation was performed in unwind.inc Anybody
has experience with it?

Environment:
HP-UX 11.00 with Quality Pack (Sep 03) and PHSS_30048
GCC 3.3.2 (downloaded from GCC HPUX porting center)
