optmizing gcc 3.3.1 for AMD athlon xp

Hello !

I know that specyfing -march=athlon-xp option allows me to not specify
-mcpu=athlon-xp or deprecated -mathlon-xp because it is included in -march 
option. But what about:

-mfpmath=sse
-mmmx
-msse
-m3dnow

Do I need to specify them with -march=athlon-xp, or they are enabled 
automaticly ? The manual does not say anything about presence of this options 
in -march=athlon-xp option.
