weirdness with ada/Make-lang.in on 3.4 branch

Hi,

I am testing the 3.4 branch for *-rtems. I started by
installing the native compiler with gnat enabled in
the same $prefix I am using for the crosses. I have
noticed that when I install the cross gnat tools
(XXX-rtems-gnatmake, etc), the native version of the
same tool is deleted from ${prefix}/bin.  So
when installing sparc-rtems, sparc-rtems-gnatmake
gets installed, gnatmake gets deleted and powerpc-rtems-gnatmake
is left alone

Can anyone see why this would be happening and offer a fix?
