These warnings can usually be ignored.  Ideally they should be silenced, 
but it isn't always possible.  You could try filing a bugzilla bug 
report if there isn't already one, or you could investigate and try 
writing patches.

If they can't be fixed, they probably should be commented so others know 
that the warnings are intentional.
