  memcpy (fixed_regs, initial_fixed_regs, sizeof fixed_regs);
  memcpy (call_used_regs, initial_call_used_regs, sizeof call_used_regs);

sizeof fixed_regs > sizeof initial_fixed_regs
sizeof call_used_regs > sizeof initial_call_used_regs
