Question regarding g++ and GPL in my own project

I'm afraid that while it may seem intuitive to ask licensing questions
here, this list is really not an appropriate place for this question.
This mailing list is for the development of GCC, not for discussion of its
licensing.  (And licensing discussions tend to become high-volume and
distract from other discussion.)

As with all licensing discussions, the best (and only fully safe) answer
is "you should consult with a qualified attorney."  However, if you wish
to get informal advice on licensing and the GPL in particular, the best
place to go is probably the newsgroup gnu.misc.discuss, which was created
in large part for that purpose.
