Solaris installation notes

Hi,

The Solaris installation notes at:
	http://gcc.gnu.org/install/specific.html#*-*-solaris2*
read:
	[...] proceed as described in the build instructions,
	where we strongly recommend using GNU make and specifying
	an absolute path to invoke srcdir/configure.

However the build instructions, both "Configuration" and "Building" 
don't seem to be recommending anything like that:
	http://gcc.gnu.org/install/configure.html
	http://gcc.gnu.org/install/build.html

Since this is needed to use an absolute path for "make install" to 
succeed, maybe it could be added to the build instructions.
