Yes.

Most keyword extensions support both the __keyword and __keyword__ 
forms.  However, a few are only available as __keyword, and a few are 
only available as __keyword__.  There is no rhyme or reason here.  You 
just have to try them, or look at the list in the source code 
(gcc/c-parse.in).
