Licensing of libgcc and libstdc++ as shared libraries

Robert's second sentence clearly agrees with that opinion.  I think it's
clear that his first contradicts the second, and that he simply mistook
the sense of your question and ought to have written "Yes of course".

You suggest that small shops will want to bundle libgcc.dll and
libstdc++.dll or so for distribution with their own programs.  Perhaps
you could explain why it would be such a terrible burden for them to
make available archives containing libgcc and/or libstdc++ source code
alongside the archive containing the corresponding DLLs.

Or perhaps not, since this topic is really of more interest somewhere
such as misc.gnu.discuss than on this mailing list.
