gccbug reports?

This is the component (or rather, gets translated into the component).
optimization was split into rtl-optimization and tree-optimization i 
believe, and no longer exists as a component.

If somebody could kindly update gccbug.in to have tree-optimization and 
rtl-optimization instead of optimization, that would fix the problem.

I'll do it if nobody gets to it by tomorrow.
