A nicer-looking copy is available on my homepage but I would be very
unhappy to see this url be slashdotted or widely used since a friend of
mine pays for the bandwith: http://le-hacker.org/blog/nb.cgi/portal/gcc

Some readers suggested contacting a news site whose name I cannot
recall. I personally don't know this website and have little time to
discuss how to setup this with other people I don't know but if someone
handles this on my behalf, that would be awesome. 

I just need somewhere I can either upload html files or, better, use a
web interface to edit drafts and publish the thing. The best thing you
could do for me is install NewsBruiser which I installed in < 3 mins (I
am no sysadmin) and whose web interface I can live with.
