Small task for someone with access to the CVS repository files

Hi, could someone with access to the CVS repository
fix permissions on the following files, as described
and approved by an Ada maintainer in:

http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=13103

A fix would be to chmod -x them inside of the CVS repository.
