Yes, that would have been nice.

Not without changing things completely.  In GIMPLE, aggregates appear
on the lhs or rhs of a MODIFY_EXPR only.  Everything else is scalar.

We *may* change things around in the future to cater to the vector
optimizer, but those changes will have to be considered carefully.

Please just emit the __builtin_memcmp yourself in the Ada front end.
