Criteria for GCC 4.0

Great!  Idea:  Some of the linux kernel sites that summarize kernel
mailing lists keep statistics on posts, eg. kerneltraffic.org.  Instead
of statistics on posts, how about keeping stats on patch review?  I
guess this wouldn't be so easy to automate, but it would be a way of
publically recognizing and thanking those who spend a lot of time on the
sometimes onerous task of review.
