[m68k]: patch to fix m68k_output_mi_thunk() for ColdFire

I've entered ths bug as 15782, assigned to bernie@devler.com  I put in
the testcase from Peter Jakubek, and the commandline that triggers
it.  I placed it as a 'target' type bug since it is specific to m68k.
