Bugzilla and LNO

Hello,

Instead of a lno keyword in Bugzilla, I created a lno target milestone (exactly
as we have a "tree-ssa" target milestone). The milestone is intended to mean
"this bug has to be fixed before lno is merged". You can use that target to
set/query all the bugs present on the lno branch. tree-ssa bugs usually have a
"[tree-ssa]" stomp in the summary, but it's superflous as far as I can tell.
