c-torture/execute/990208-1.c XPASSes - remove XFAIL?

This test is XFAILed at -O3 for several targets with the annotation
that "ifcvt causes the two labels to be optimized down to the same
address."  I suspect this is no longer possible, due to Jan having
added attribute noinline to both intermediate functions.  (This
happened some time after the XFAILs were introduced.)  Certainly the
test XPASSes on ia64-hpux.

Can I get a second opinion on whether it is now safe to remove the
XFAIL?
