Copyright assignments and the MAINTAINERS file

With the added bonus that MAINTAINERS always has an email address, but many
of the FSF copyright list entries do not.  (They're maintained somewhere else,
presumably with the snailmail address.)

Perhaps only personal assignments should go into MAINTAINERS?
