GNAT 3.4 bootstrap binaries for IRIX 5.3 (Attn. SC)

This is certainly fine for now, but I think in the longer run those
binaries should be hosted on gcc.gnu.org: unlike all other languages (where
you can make do with about any (ISO) C compiler, however old it is), you
have very specific requirements for GNAT.  Even if older binaries are
available, going the whole way from those to a compiler able to bootstrap
GNAT 3.4.0 can be a nightmare, so in order to make Ada usable, bootstrap
binaries are a requirement.

I can fully understand that gcc.gnu.org doesn't in general want to enter
into the binary distribution business (neither do I), but this seems to be
a special case (and we should try to make those distributions minimal so
they can only be used for Ada bootstrapping and save bandwidth).
