GNAT 3.4 bootstrap binaries for IRIX 5.3 (Attn. SC)

Excellent: so could you please copy the binaries from

	ftp://ftp.Uni-Bielefeld.DE/pub/gnu/gnat/binaries/

over to libre.act-europe.fr and let us know the URL?  Afterwards, I can
update install.texi with the relevant information.

Besides, perhaps it would be useful to have some guidelines for how those
binary distributions should be build.  I've generally configured them like
this:

	configure --enable-languages=c,ada --disable-nls

adding --disable-multilib on Solaris 8/SPARC and IRIX 6 since libgnat isn't
currently multilib-aware.
